Main Aspects of the Convention between the UAE and the RK on Avoidance
Due to the active economic interaction between the United Arab Emirates (“UAE“) and the CIS countries, as well as the growing popularity of business incorporation in the Commonwealth nations and the UAE, it seems appropriate to consider the issue of double taxation between the UAE and one of the most engaged in these processes republic – the Republic of Kazakhstan (“RK“). The primary regulatory framework governing this matter is the bilateral Convention between the countries.
